"The star of my family home is the glorious garden terracing the hillside above a small Tuscan village near Florence.  The heady night blooming Jasmine, trailing between the arches of the Loggia is combined with the tart, juicy notes of blackcurrant leaves in the fruit cage behind the house……. The fruit bushes are fenced and netted to keep he roaming wild boars getting to the sun ripened fruit before we do.  If I could bottle an Italian summer evening then this would be it."
